Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis and to normal metabolism of macronutrients. Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function, as well as to normal energy metabolism. Riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B12, folic acid and magnesium help reduce fatigue and exhaustion.Use:1–2 capsules daily with meal. Recommended intake should not be exceeded.
